terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service written below:
general
- Commissions are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.- Commissions usually have a turnaround time of 1 - 2 weeks depending on the complexity and my commission schedule.- After the commission has been completed - requests for minor adjustments are free, however, major adjustments require extra payment.- Default dpi is 300, unless requested otherwise.
payment
- I accept payments via PayPal, VGen, or Kofi, with Stripe Payments available via VGen and Kofi.- I'll send an invoice once the commission details have been agreed upon.- I'll start working on the commission once your payment has been received.
commission use
- I own the copyright/all rights to my work.- Commissions are strictly for personal use only unless it has been agreed otherwise.- You may use it for icons, wallpapers, banners, etc. but you may not alter my work without my permission.- You may upload the commission to your social media but add a credit.- I may use your commissioned work in my portfolio/self promotion unless it has been agreed otherwise.- DO NOT USE MY WORK FOR ANY TYPE OR FORM AI.
commission process
My work process goes like this:Commission request ➜ Commission details and price ➜ Payment ➜ Sketch ➜ Lineart ➜ Coloring ➜ Finished commission- You will be regularly updated on how your commission is doing.- You will be updated every time your order goes through a stage (line art, color, etc.)- For non surprise me orders, I will ask for your approval every stage!
refunds
- Unfortunately, I can't offer a refund after I have started on your commission.- A refund will be issued if I'm unable to complete your order.
